Clark Coalition Foundation has gained IRS recognition as a fully-fledged 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization. This is a major milestone in the organization’s development and is the result of an extensive application process.

Since April 2021, Clark Coalition Foundation has operated under a fiscal sponsorship with Blue Grass Community Foundation. This arrangement has allowed prospective donors to take advantage of BGCF’s status as tax-deductible 501(c)3 organization while supporting Clark Coalition Foundation’s critical research and education initiatives right here in Winchester-Clark County.

With the recent IRS determination, Clark Coalition Foundation is now a tax-deductible non-profit organization in its own right.

Donors can deduct contributions they make to Clark Coalition Foundation under Internal Revenue Code Section 170. The Foundation is also qualified to receive tax-deductible bequests, devises, transfers and gifts.
