Clark Coalition is pleased to welcome Sarah Glenn to its Board of Directors.

Mrs. Glenn brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in land-use policy and planning & zoning.

She served multiple terms on the Winchester-Clark County Planning Commission. She also served on the 2018 Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee and was the vice chair of the 2023 Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee.

She is excited about supporting planned growth and championing land preservation.

Chairman Eddie Gilkison remarked “We are fortunate to have Sarah join the board. She will be a tremendous asset to our organization as we continue to advance smart growth, sustainable economic development and government transparency in Winchester-Clark County.”

Sarah lives in Winchester with her husband Reece and has two adult children.
