From our earliest days, a key pillar of Clark Coalition’s mission has been to promote government transparency and citizen participation in public processes. We believe that an engaged citizenry is essential to the health of our community, our state and our country.

This summer, Clark Coalition will host a series of roundtable discussions to examine issues that impact our community as the initial step of an initiative to promote civic engagement.

Through this initiative, we are seeking to bring together individuals and organizations that have a common interest in bettering Winchester-Clark County, no matter what your area of focus may be.

We are seeking to solicit perspectives and identify areas of meaningful change. Our goals for this initiative are to:

-       Facilitate an exchange of ideas and perspectives

-       Foster public participation in civic processes

-       Enhance communication between citizens and public officials
