Clark Coalition has partnered with renowned urban design firm Lord Aeck Sargent to produce a study of under-utilized and vacant land in Winchester. The study will illustrate patterns and opportunities for infill redevelopment. Infill development is important as it’s sustainable, produces the highest return on public investment in infrastructure, reduces costs to taxpayers for community services, and promotes a vibrant, attractive community while removing growth pressure from our endangered Bluegrass landscape and farmland… among many other benefits.
